Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of Religious Affairs, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study aims to find out how the training and development of human resources in the Office of Religious Affairs. To know and analyze how the training and development objectives are, trainers, lesson plans, learning methods and techniques, materials, Program Schedules, Alternative Decisions in training and human resource development in the Office of Religious Affairs. The type of research carried out is descriptive qualitative. The informants of this study were 5 people using purposive sampling techniques. Primary data source retrieval comes from interviews and secondary resources come from archives and documents. The research focus in this thesis is on training and human resource development. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be seen that the training and development of human resources at the Office of Religious Affairs, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Good Training and Development have been achieved.
