PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT NON MUSLIM KENEGERIAN TELUK KUANTAN TERHADAP PERBANKAN SYARIAH TELUK KUANTAN (Studi Kasus Bank Syariah Indonesia)
Abstract
The research is based on the initial observations of researchers who rarely see non-Muslim communities interacting with Islamic bank products. This research was conducted in 7 villages and 3 sub-districts which are included in the kenegerian teluk kuantan area which is not far from bank syariah indonesia (BSI), this study aims to find out how the perception of non-Muslim communities towards the existence of islamic banks in kuntan singingi district. Especially the Taluk Kuantan branch of the BSI bank. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research is a field research of field research, namely by researchers going directly to the field with data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews as well as filling out questionnaires by non-muslim communities as respondents or samples from the stud.
The results of this study indicate that Islamic banks can be well accepted bi non-Muslim communities, this can be proven by the answers of respondents whose percentage exceeds 50%, which is 59,4%, and those who say neutral are 36,4%, only a few answered disagree. This is , with a percentage rate of 4,2%, it means that Islamic banks can be well received by non-Muslim communities.
