ANALISIS PENEMPATAN APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN DI KANTOR CAMAT LOGAS TANAH DARAT KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study discusses the educational background of the state civil apparatus (ASN) in providing services at the Logas Tanah Darat sub-district office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Methods This research uses quantitative methods.The sampling technique used is saturated sampling because the number is relatively small, namely 12 people, so the entire population is used as a sample, which is 12 respondents. Therefore, the placement requirements of the State Civil Apparatus such as education, work skills, and experience that must be possessed by the State Civil Apparatus at the Logas Tanah Darat sub-district office.To measure the 3 indicators, among others, Education with an average value of 3.33 is categorized as Good Enough, Work Skills is an average of 3.3 in the Good Enough category, and Experience is an average value of 3.26 in the Enough category. Good, categorized as Good Enough is on a scale of 2.80-3.69.From this research, it can be concluded that the Educational Background Analysis for State Civil Apparatus (Asn) in Providing Services at the Logas Tanah Sub-district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency is still quite good.
