PERAN KEPALA DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN KERJA PERANGKAT DESA DI DESA PULAU KOMANG SENTAJO KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pulau Komang Sentajo Village Office, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study aims to find out how the role of the Village Head in improving the work discipline of the Village Apparatus at the Komang Sentajo Island Village Office, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

            Based on the purpose of this study, the theory that the author uses is the theory of Sondang P. Siagian (2014:142) regarding the Role of the Village Head in the Village, with 4 indicators set, namely Stabilizers, Innovators, Pioneers and Modernizers. After all data was analyzed by quantitative research, using questionnaire data collection, observation and documentation studies, the results of the research on the role of the village head in improving the work discipline of village officials in Pulau Komang Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency were included in the "Good Enough" category.
