Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance of Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) cadres in Kelayang Village, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency in carrying out their work.            The role of cadres is very important because cadres are responsible for implementing the Posyandu program, if the cadres are not active then the posyandu implementation will also be not smooth and as a result the nutritional status of infants or toddlers cannot be clearly detected early. To measure the extent to which the achievement of cadre performance is assessed through 5 indicators, namely Goals with an average score of 3.58 in the Fairly Good category, Feedback with an average of 3.52 in the Good Enough category, Tools and Facilities are with an average score of 3. an average of 3.40 in the Fairly Good category, Competence with an average score of 3.43 in the Fairly Good category, and Opportunities with an average score of 3.43 in the Good Enough category are on a scale of 2.80-3.69.             Data collection techniques used are, questionnaires (questionnaire), observation, and documentation. The analytical method used is quantitative. From this research it can be concluded that the results are quite good.
