ANALISIS PENYALURAN BANTUAN LANGSUNG TUNAI DANA DESA (BLT DD) DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 DI DESA PULAU MUNGKUR KECAMATAN GUNUNG TOAR KABUPAEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

   This research was conducted in Pulau Mungkur Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT DD) was distributed in the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Pulau Mungkur Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, that is, all of the population was sampled. The number of samples for the Village Head is 1 person and for the BPD 3 people. For elements of the community who receive Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance and also Village Communities, simple random sampling is used, i.e. sampling members from the population is carried out randomly without regard to the strata that exist in the population, which is the number of samples for Communities who receive Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance. totaling 36 people and the Village Community 10 people. The results of this study indicate that the Distribution of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT DD) the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Pulau Mungkur Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency produces an Average Value of 3.12 which means it is at the Right Enough Interval. This is because of 3 indicators used in this study.
