ANALISIS PENGARUH PEMBIAYAAN ARRUM BPKB PT PEGADAIAN (PERSERO) SYARIAH TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor PT Pegadaian Syariah Unit Pandau Permai)

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of PT Pegadaian Syariah Pandau Permai Unit, Siak Hulu, Pekanbaru, Riau. This study aims to determine the operational mechanism of BPKB Arrum financing and Analysis of the Effect of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Arrum BPKB Financing on the Development of Micro and Small Businesses (Case Study at PT Pegadaian Syariah Office Pandau Permai Unit) which amounted to 30 people. The object of this research is customers who get Arrum financing at the Pandau Permai Sharia Pawnshop. And the data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the percentage formula. The Arrum BPKB financing product is very helpful for its customers, because it provides opportunities for customers to increase their business units. The increase in terms of profit obtained by customers of Arrum BPKB Financing after submitting a financing application varies quite a bit, including 14 people or 47% who experienced a fairly large increase in profit, and 16 people or 53% experienced a not too large increase in profit because it depends on the type of business which they are engaged in and are also there to add to their equipment or place of business. The income of customers from their business after getting financing is an average of 4-8 million.
