Abstract

This research was conducted in Kasang Limau Sundai Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the public service at the Kasang Limau Sundai Village Office, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the public service at the Kasang Limau Sundai village office, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Sampling technique For village officials, saturated sampling technique is used, ie all the population is sampled, in which the number of samples for village officials is 10 people, and for elements of society, Simple Random Sampling is used, ie the sampling of members of the population is carried out randomly without regard to the strata involved. exist in that population. The number of samples for elements of the Kasang Limau Sundai village community is 41 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, which analyzes the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processed, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that Public Service Analysis at the Kasang Limau Sundai Village Office, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces an average of 148 is in the Good Enough interval. Based on the results of the author's observations, the Public Service at the Kasang Limau Sundai Village Office, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District is quite good, but not everything has been fulfilled and implemented because sometimes the village office is slow to open and close early which results in not optimal service
