EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) TRIAGRO WATER FRONT CITY (WFC) SEBAGAI PROGRAM SARANA BUDIDAYA SERAI WANGI DI DESA SEBERANG TALUK KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to improve the welfare of the community is by forming a Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) which is a business entity that aims to improve the economy of the community in the village. Based on this, in the village of Seberang Taluk, the BUMDes Triagro WFC was also established in December 2018. The business fields or activities are engaged in Cultivation of Fragrant Lemongrass, as well as refining of Citronella Oil.

Since the establishment of Bumdesa Triagro Wfc Seberang Taluk Village, no results have been obtained. In fact, every year capital participation funds are always disbursed to support this Bumdesa activity. It is suspected that the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) Institution of Triagro WFC, Seberang Taluk Village, did not develop and did not succeed in the lemongrass business. Although it is predicted that the activities of citronella cultivation and refining of citronella oil will be able to improve the welfare of the Seberang Taluk village community, but it can be said to be stalled.

This research aims (1) to determine the management of the Tri Agro WFC Seberang Taluk Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDesa) in the plans related to Fragrant Lemongrass cultivation and Lemongrass Oil Refining to support the economy of the community in the Village. (2) To find out what are the obstacles that occur in the institution of the Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDesa) Tri Agro WFC Seberang Taluk in the cultivation of Fragrant Lemongrass and Lemongrass Oil Refining to Support the economy of the community in Seberang Taluk Village. The method used in this research is quantitative. The results of the study were very good with an average score of 4.20.
