EFEKTIFITAS FUNGSI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA (KUA) DALAM PELAYANAN BIMBINGAN WAKAF TERHADAP WAKIF DAN NAZHIR DI KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA

Abstract

This study aimstofindouthowthe KUA program in understanding waqffor nazhir in Sentajo Raya Districtand to find out the effective ness oft he KUA Office function in waqf guidance services forwaq fandnazhir in Sentajo Raya District, where this research his motivated by the existence of waqfassets that have not been registered, do not have AIW and do not have a BPN certificate in Sentajo Raya District.The informant soft his research were 9 people consisting one people of the Head of KUA, Sentajo Raya District, 4 Nazhirand 4wakif. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using observation, interview sand document studies. Furthermore, the data analysis technique use disde scriptive qualitative.

The resultsofthis study indicatethatthe KUA program in waqfguidance services in Sentajo Raya Districtonlyexists in 2021. The program onlyruns once, whilefor 2022 the program will no longer berun by the new Head of KUA so there will be no program in 2022. The KUA program in understanding waqffor nazhir in Sentajo Raya District has not been running well due to budget constraints in the district. KUA, Sentajo Raya District. The effective nessofthe KUA function in waqfguidance servicesat KUA Sentajo Raya Districtisstill not effective because the KUA Sentajo Raya District does not have a program and has never socialized to the public about waqf in 2022. Therefore, there are still waqfassets that have not been registered, yet have AIW anddoes not yethave a certificate from BPN in Sentajo Raya District.
