Abstract

This research was carried out at the Kuantan Hilir District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the organizational commitment of the state civil apparatus at the Kuantan Hilir sub-district office, Kuantan Singingi Regency, because there are problems that indicate reduced commitment, it can be seen that there are still a number of state civil servants who are late to the office, the office is earlier than the specified schedule, and employees who do not come to the office on weekdays for various reasons. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the organizational commitment of the state civil apparatus at the Kuantan Hilir sub-district office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique using the purposive sampling method is a sampling technique with certain considerations, in which the number of informants is 7 people. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative, through interviews then data reduction, data presentation and then the author draws conclusions. The results of this study can conclude that the Organizational Commitment of the State Civil Apparatus at the Kuantan Hilir Sub-district Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency is good, where one logical factor is that employees get their rights as employees in the form of salary, good environment, and expectations are fulfilled and employees have emotional ties with the organization. which makes the State Civil Apparatus fully committed and work earnestly and responsibly in carrying out their duties and functions at the Kuantan Hilir sub-district office.
