EFEKTIVITAS PEMBERIAN PUNISHMENT TERHADAP APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) DI LINGKUNGAN KANTOR INSPEKTORAT KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
This research was conducted at the Inspectorate Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving punishment to ASN at the Inspectorate Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. To find out how effective the application of Punishment to State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is to change their behavior/performance in the Kuantan Singingi Regency Inspectorate Office for the better or not. The problem of this research is that the Inspectorate is less than optimal in giving Punishment to ASN, namely the lack of the type or level of punishment applied by the Office of the Inspectorate of Kuantan Singingi Regency to employees, especially ASN so that discipline is not going well, especially in the use of time during office hours. As for the informants in this study were as many as 10 people. This study uses a survey method with a qualitative descriptive level using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using the methods of Observation, Interview, Documentation, Triangulation. The data analysis method used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be seen that the Effectiveness of Giving Punishment to ASN in the Inspectorate Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency has been going well.
