ANALISIS KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) DI KANTOR CAMAT SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI.

Abstract

Performance is a completion of official tasks carried out by employees to achieve a goal in accordance with the guidelines that have been determined by the agency. This research was conducted at the Sentajo Raya Sub-district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Sentajo Raya Sub-district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research, the authors set the entire population as a sample. The sample in this study were 13 employees at the Sentajo Raya Sub-district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out in the field, it can be seen that the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Sentajo Raya Sub-district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency is Good Enough, with the overall value of the indicator getting an average value of 3.16, which means it is on an interval scale of Fairly Good
