PENERAPAN PRINSIP-PRINSIP GOOD GOVERNANCE DIMASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI.

Abstract

An excellent service system that has always been desired by the community has always been a current phenomenon. A good government system is often referred to as good governance or a clean and good government system. To create this, it is necessary to implement the principles of governance for good governance. But not all agencies can implement these principles, especially government agencies. One of them is the Office of Religious Affairs, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The Office of Religious Affairs, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is one of the KUA Offices in Kuantan Singingi Regency which is also in charge of providing services to the community. However, in its implementation, the principles of good governance have not yet been implemented, thus hampering the implementation of good government. Therefore, the researcher wants to make a study that aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance during the covid-19 pandemic at the Office of Religious Affairs, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is qualitative by using interview, documentation, and observation data collection methods.

Based on the results of the field research that the researchers obtained through the distribution of questionnaires given to respondents and also through the results of the analysis of the researchers in the field, it is known that the application of the principles of good governance during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Office of Religious Affairs, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been going quite well.
