ANALISIS KUALITAS KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA DI DESA SAWAH KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI TAHUN 2020

Abstract

This research was conducted in Sawah Village, Kuantan Tegah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Quality of Village Apparatus Performance in Sawah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. Informants taken in this study were 10 people, namely the Head of Sawah Village, Secretary of Sawah Village and the people of Sawah Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection methods used in this study are interviews, documentation, observation (observation) and triangulation (combination). Data analysis used is data collection, data reduction (data categorization), data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this writing can be concluded that the analysis of the Quality of Village Apparatus Performance in Sawah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is very good because it has been carried out optimally. This can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field which show that the Performance Quality of Village Apparatus in Sawah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is very good.
