Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer decisions in Pangean sub-district in choosing Murabahah financing for PNM mekaar syariah Pangean Branch. The population in this study is a special community for Girls in pangean district, amounting to 70 people. And 70 people are also the sample. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling and data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the SPSS formula. The results of this study indicate that, murabahah financing at the pangean  branch of PNM Mekaar syariah is in the form of a unsecured business capital loan with an initial loan of Rp3.000.000 and a maximum of Rp5.000.000 Rp3.000.000 and a maximum of Rp5.000.000 provided that the business is progressing and the installments are smooth and the payments are made every week in installments for 50 weeks.While cultural factor, social level, social, personal and psychological factor simultaneously have a significant effect on customer decisions of 127,309 and cultural factor partially have a significant  decisions of 13,507, social level has a significant  decisions of 4,006, social factor have a significant effect on customer decisions of 2,529, factor personal significant decisions of 2,076,and factor psychological significant on customer desinions of 3,560.
