PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN FINANCIAL TEKNOLOGI PADA BANK RIAU KEPRI SYARIAH CABANG PEMBANTU TELUK KUANTAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the public perception of the district. Central Kuantan in the use of financial technology at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Sub-Branch of Teluk Kuantan. The population in this study is the customers of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Sub Branch Teluk Kuantan with a total of 11,980 customers, using the slovin formula, the researchers only took 45 customers as samples. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. And the data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively by using the percentage formula.
The results of this study can be concluded. Based on the results of research conducted in the district. Central Kuantan that the perception of the people of Kec. Kuantan Tengah towards the use of BRK Mobile at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Sub Branch Teluk Kuantan Strongly Agree 59.44%, Agree 48.05%, with the conclusion Very Good with a percentage of 10.75% (59.44% + 48.05). Likewise, the factors that influence the perception of the people of Kec. Central Kuantan against BRK Mobile at Bank Riau Kepri Syarih Teluk Kuantan Sub-Branch, namely internal factors and external factors. From these two factors, the results show that the results are very influential on the use of BRK Mobile with a percentage of 11.23%. Strongly Agree 57.79%, Strongly Agree 54.50%.
