UPAYA PEMERINTAHAN DESA DALAM MENDORONG PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DESA KOTO TALUK KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the village head in an effort to encourage community participation in village development as well as the problems or obstacles faced and solutions to overcome them. This research study uses qualitative research methods with data collection carried out by purposive sampling technique by means of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis uses interactive model analysis techniques through data collection, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research in the field regarding Village Government Efforts  in increasing community participation in development.  Based on the results of the study,  it can be concluded that the Koto Taluk Village government has made efforts and roles,  such as inviting the community to participate in various Kelurahan activities with the aim of increasing community participation in development in accordance with the content,  objectives, and intentions of each development program to be implemented.   And respond well in relation to these efforts.  In accordance with the results of research conducted in the field, community participation in the development of Koto Taluk Village based on the results of the study can be concluded "It has been going well, this is because the level of socio-economic  status of the average village community is quite good.  The average level of education of the Village community that supports and the community's concern for the village is quite high.
