ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KELURAHAN PASAR BENAI KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Benai Village Head, Pasar Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance capabilities of the Lurah office employees in providing administrative services to the community. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the performance of the Lurah office employees in providing administrative services in Pasar Benai Village, Benai District, Strong Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for this study used a purposive sampling technique,namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations totaling 10 people. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive descriptive qualitative analysis level survey (Research Survey). Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing data obtained from interviews, then processed, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of data processing. The results of this study can be concluded that the performance of the Pasar Benai Village Office Employees in providing services to the Pasar Benai Village Community, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been carried out well and as much as possible in serving the Pasar Benai Village Community, Benai Dist rict, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
