ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KANTOR DESA SUKAPING KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
Basically, public services cannot be separated from society, a society consisting of a group of people or humans always needs services, although public services cannot be separated from the administration regulated by the State. This research was conducted at the Sukaping Village Head Office, which is located at Jalan Dubalang Batu No. 100 Sukaping Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in October-November 2021. The village government as one element of government does not escape the basic concept of services that must be carried out quickly, because the needs of the community are increasingly requiring village employees in the area to always improve abilities, knowledge and skills in order to serve the community well.
The purpose of this research is to find out how the quality of public services at the Sukaping Village office, Pangean sub-district, Kuantan Singingi district. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the quality of public services at the Sukaping Village office, Pangean sub-district, Kuantan Singingi district. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, which is trying to provide an accurate description or explanation of the problem under study, namely the quality of public services at the Sukaping Village Office, explaining the existing data systematically based on the facts that appear or as they are so as to provide an objective picture of the situation. the actual object under study.
