EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN TUGAS LURAH DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN KEPADA MASYARAKAT DI KELURAHAN BENAI KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengevaluasi Pelaksanaan Tugas Lurah  Dalam Memberikan Pelayanan Kepada Masyarakat. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the village head's duties in providing services to the community in Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for this study uses the Simple Random Sampling Technique, which is taking samples from the population at random without showing the existing strata in the population, where the research sample is the people who carry out the management at the village office. The data used in this study are primary data, namely the results of a questionnaire (questionnaire), observation and documentation. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative.              From this study, it can be concluded that the Evaluation Category for the Implementation of the Duties of the Village Head in Providing Services to the community in Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is in Good Enough with an average value of 3.65.
