ANALISIS KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI DI KANTOR DESA SIMPANG TANAH LAPANG KECAMATAN KUANTAN HILIR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Simpang Tanah Lapang Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the performance of the village apparatus in providing administrative services in Simpang Tanah Lapang Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of village officials in providing administrative services at the Simpang Tanah Lapang Village Office, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for the Head of the BPD used a saturated sampling technique, ie all the population was sampled, the number of samples for the Chair of the BPD was 1 person, and for the elements of the Simpang Tanah Lapang village community simple random sampling was used, ie the sampling of members of the population was carried out randomly without regard to strata. in that population, in which the number of samples for the Simpang Tanah Lapang village community is 47 people. The results showed that the Performance of Village Apparatus in Providing Administrative Services at the Simpang Tanah Lapang Village Office, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency resulted in an average value of 3.70 which was in a good interval. This is based on the 5 indicators used in this study, namely Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability, which show almost all of the indicators are Good.
