UPAYA PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN APARAT DESA DALAM PELAKSANAAN TUGAS ADMINISTRASI PEMERINTAH DI DESA TELUK BERINGIN KECAMATAN GUNUNG TOAR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

In this study, researchers found problems regarding Efforts to Improve the Capacity of Village Apparatus in the Implementation of Administrative Tasks in Teluk Beringin Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Where the implementation of administrative tasks in Teluk Beringin Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not been carried out properly, due to the lack of village apparatus capabilities in terms of administrative implementation. This study aims to find out about efforts to increase the ability of village officials in carrying out administrative tasks in Teluk Beringin Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The research instrument in data collection was an interview guide. The results showed that efforts to improve the capacity of the village apparatus in the implementation of administrative tasks in Teluk Beringin Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency were carried out in two ways, namely improving the work discipline of the apparatus and conducting education and training and the implementation of Government Administration tasks in Teluk Beringin Village is still not effective.
