EVALUASI TINGKAT DISIPLIN PERANGKAT DESA DI KANTOR DESA BATURIJAL BARAT KECAMATAN PERANAP KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HULU

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Discipline Level of Village Apparatus at the Baturijal Barat Village Office, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency in carrying out their duties and obligations. To find out how the Discipline Level of Village Apparatuses in carrying out their Duties and Obligations when working and when serving the community, it can be seen from the 5 indicators as follows: first, the frequency of attendance with an average value of 3.05 is categorized as good enough, the level of alertness with an average value of 3 .40 is categorized as Good Enough, Compliance with Work Standards with an average score of 3.26 is in the Fairly Good category, Compliance with Work Regulations with an average score of 3.08 is in the Fairly Good category, and finally Ethics with an average score of 3.45 in the category Pretty good. Thus, the results of the overall indicators are 3.24 with the category of Good Enough because they are in the 2.80-3.69 Interval.
