PERAN BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA (BPD) DALAM PEMBENTUKAN PERATURAN DESA DI DESA SIKIJANG KECAMATAN LOGAS TANAH DARAT KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The Village Consultative Council is a form of democracy at the village level. Village Consultative Council function to establish village regulations with village leader, accommodate and channel the aspirations of village communities. In this case the role of the Village Deliberation Agency which created village regulations with the Village Head in establishing the social civilization, economic and cultural. The purpose of this studi was to determine the role of the village consultative body in the formation of village regulations in Sikijang Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used more on observation, interview and documentation. The problem found was that the role of the village consultative body in the formation of village regulation results in less role. Because until now the village consultative body has not created village regulations.
