Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine how the effectiveness of the performance of the village government in realizing the vision and mission of the Jaya Village Head, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method.  Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interview techniques with informants who were considered to have the potential to provide information related to the effectiveness of village government performance in realizing the vision and mission of the Jaya Village Head, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.  While the sampling technique in this study used two techniques in this study, namely for officials "purposive sampling" and for the community "snowball sampling".  singingi Good enough, there are several aspects that have not been implemented and need to be improved in order to realize the vision and mission of the Jaya Village Head, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
