ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDes) MUTIARA DI DESA SANGAU KECAMATAN KUANTAN MUDIK KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was carried out at the BUMDes Mutiara Sangau village, Kuntan Mudik sub-district, Kuantan Regency Singingi. The purpose of this study is to find out the management of village owned enterprises (BUMDes) Mutiara Sangau Village, Kuantan Mudik district, Kuantan Singingi regency. Population in this study are village officials and community. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method with a sampling technique for officials, namely purposive sampling which is a sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. Certain considerations, for example, the person is considered to know best about what is expected, and the sampling tschnique for the community is proportionate random sampling.in data collection, using primary data and secondary data which is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study was the sangau village community with 1.257 respondents and the researchers took a sample of 58 people and 6 officials. Village and BUMDes officials. Then the result of this research is the management of Sangau village owned enterprises is enough implemented.
