ANALISIS PROSEDUR REKRUTMEN PERANGKAT DESA DI DESA PAUH ANGIT KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI PERIODE 2018-2023

Abstract

this study aims to describe the role of the village head in carrying out the established village apparatus recruitment procedures. problem or obstacles faced and solution to overcome them this reseach study user qualitative methods with data collection carried out by purposive sampling technique by means of interview, observations, and documentation. Data analysis user interactive model analysis techniques through data collection, and drawing conclusions.

            Based on the results of research in the field regarding the analysis of village apparatus recruirment procedures  in pauh angit village, pangean district, Kuantan singingi regency for the 2018-2023 period. It has been going well. Market by all village apparatus recruitment procedures in pauh angit village which refer to 3 indicators, namly : knowledge indicators, skills indicators, and ability indicators that have been running sell. And running of the village government structure well and smoothly in serving and prospering the people of pauh angit village, pangean district, Kuantan singingi regency for the 2028-2023 period.
