Abstract

This research was carried out at the Housing, Settlement and Land Offices in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive influence between employee organizational culture at the Housing and Land Affairs Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. , Settlement and Land Areas in Kuantan Singingi Regency The research approach used in this study is a survey research method with a descriptive level and uses quantitative analysis with a sampling technique, namely the Saturated Sampling Technique if all members of the population are used as samples. In data collection, using primary and secondary data. secondary data conducted by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study was ASN in the Housing and Land Affairs Office in Kuantan Singingi Regency with 26 respondents and researchers took a sample of 26 ASN in the Housing, Settlement and Land Office in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Then the results of this study are the Analysis of Organizational Culture at the Housing and Land Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency Agree or have a positive effect between the organizational culture of employees at the Housing, Settlement and Land Office of Kuantan Singing Regency.
