TINJAUAN YURIDIS PERAN KEPALA DESA DALAM PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2014 DI DESA PAUH ANGIT HULU KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was motivated by the implementation of law number 06 of 2014 regarding the role of village heads in managing village funds in Pauh Angit Hulu village, Kuntan Singingi Regency. The research focuses on the role of the village head in managing village funds in Pauh Angit Hulu village based on law number 06 of 2014 in Kuantan Singingi Regency, the formulation of the problem raised is: 1. What is the role of the village head in managing village funds in Pauh Angit Hulu village in Kuantan Singingi district. 2. What are the factors inhibiting the village head in managing village funds in Pauh Angit Hulu village, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses the Observational method, which is research carried out by going directly into the field as a research target to see the conditions or phenomena that occur in the field. Based on the results of the analysis and research, it can be concluded that the role of the Village Head in Managing Village Funds Based on Law Number 06 of 2014 in Pauh Angit Hulu Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency is not running as well as it should. There are factors inhibiting the implementation of the Village Head's role in managing Village Funds in Pauh Angit Hulu village, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely: (1). there is still a lack of understanding of village fund management by the village head himself, and the human resources are still low from members of the village apparatus. (2). The inhibiting factor in managing village funds in physical development in Pauh Angit Hulu village, Pangean District, is the lack of community participation. In road construction, some people still do not want some of their land to be used in road construction.
