GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA DESA KOTO TALUK KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Leadership style is the way used to lead and influence followers. Leadership style is a typical leader's behavior pattern when influencing subordinates. The background of the problem in this research is to see that  to enter or return to work, this happens because the superior's leadership is still not firm in giving sanctions to employees who are not disciplined. This research was conducted at the Koto Taluk Village office, Jl. Ahmad Yani, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Leadership Style of the Head of Koto Taluk Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted in May and June 2023. The number of informants in this study were 6 informants. documentation and triangulation. The results of this study are that the Leadership Styles applied by the Head of Koto Taluk Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency are two of the six Leadership Styles, namely the Charismatic Leadership Style and the Democratic Leadership Style.
