TRANSPARANSI PENGELOLAAN BUMDES TELAGA JERNIH DESA PULAU KOMANG KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at Telaga Jernih BUMDes, Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District. The aim of this research is to find out how transparent the management of BUMDes Telaga Jernih is, Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is how is the transparency of BUMDes management in Bumdes Telaga Jernih, Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used by researchers for sampling is purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a technique that is used if the sample members are selected specifically based on the research objectives, totaling 7 respondents. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive, through interviews then data reduction, data presentation and then the author draws conclusions. Based on the results of interviews with informants, it can be concluded that the Transparency of Management of Bumdes Telaga Jernih, Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is good, the results of interviews with informants in the field provide information that the Transparency of Management of Bumdes Telaga Jernih Village, Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is good. However, based on the author's observations in the field, Bumdes management is not yet transparent, even though the informant's statement explains that Bumdes are open with Bumdes management as evidenced by the complete data regarding Bumdes and by holding accountability meetings at the end of each year and always inviting the public as a form of transparency to the community, but the author request financial data but are not allowed to copy it.
