EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN DANA DESA TAHUN 2021 DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA JAKE KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Jake Village is one of the villages adjacent to the urban center, where this village is located in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Community empowerment in utilizing village funds needs to refer to the principles of financial management of village funds in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 of 2014 concerning Management of Village Funds with transparent, accountable, participatory and sustainable principles. The entire use of village funds for community empowerment in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2021 is only around 5.29%. This study aims to determine the use of village funds for community empowerment in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study was 3,487 people with a sample of 97 people. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the use of village funds in 2021 in community empowerment in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not been implemented optimally because only two research indicators have shown quite good results, namely effectiveness and rectification while other indicators include adequacy, equity and responsiveness. classified as not good.
