Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know giving compensation for employee who applied by district office of pangean kuantan singingi regency. Compensation is one of the important for company. Because the large compensationis a reflection of measuring value of employees job. Giving compensation is defined as repayment or a fair appreciation and reasonable to employees that agree with their ability to carry out the work. If compesation is given appropriately and correctly, than the employee will get job satisfaction, and motivated to achieve company purpose. This type pf research is quantitative type, the research emphasizes on the analysis of numerical (numbers) are processed with statistical methods, so as to abtain result of the variabels. Methods of collection was done by a list pf questions (questioannaire),interview,observation,and documentation. based on the results of research that has carried out an analysis of compensation for employees of the Pangean sub-district office, Kuantan Singingi district, which produces an average value of 2.55 means at good intervals. which means that the compensation for employees of the Pangean sub-district office Kuantan Singingi district is good.
