STRATEGI PENINGKATKAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA APARATUR KANTOR DESA SITUGAL KECAMATAN LOGAS TANAH DARAT KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Situgal Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy for improving the quality of human resources for the apparatus of the Situgal Village office, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the strategy for improving the quality of human resources for the Situgal Village office, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive research. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sumpling method, which is a technique with determining the sample with certain considerations, in which the number of informants is 9 people. The type of research used in this study is Qualitative Research. The research instrument for collecting data is an interview guide. The results showed that strategic efforts to improve the quality of human resources for the Situgal Village office apparatus, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency by increasing intellectual quality (knowledge and skills) and education had not been implemented so that quality human resources were not created.
