Abstract

This research was conducted at the Village Office of Kampung Baru Sentajo, Sentajo Raya District. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of Integrated Administrative Services in Kampung Baru Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive research types. With a total sample of 100 people taken using simple random sampling technique. And Data Collection Techniques with Observations, Questionnaires and Documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the Integrated Administrative Service of Kampung Baru Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, is quite good. The results of this study were motivated by the Integrated Administrative Services in Kampung Baru Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, which did not meet the expectations of the community, starting from tangible physical evidence in the appearance of officers in service, scope of service, accuracy of officers in serving, timeliness of service, service fulfillment, attention towards customers, to understand the needs of customers.
