ANALISIS KINERJA KADER POSYANDU LANJUT USIA DI DESA SIMANDOLAK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN LANJUT USIA KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The performance of cadres is the result of work done by cadres in carrying out the duties and responsibilities given. Performance that is done well is something that will produce input in the form of the welfare of the elderly as users of the elderly Poayandu. This research was carried out at the Koto Simandolak Center, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out the performance of elderly posyandu cadres. The formulation of the problem in this study was how the performance of elderly Posyandu cadres in providing services in Simandolak village, working area of ​​Pustu,Benai subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi district. Research Informants A total of 10 Respondents. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling Method, which is a sampling technique with certain considerstion, the number of informants is determined by the researcher. As for this research, it requires primary data and secondary data. Data Analysis Used Is Descriptive Qualitative. results of the author's research. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the performance achievement indicators for elderly posyandu cadres in Simandolak village, Benai sub-district, Kuantan Singingi district are already good.
