Abstract
The sub-district is one of the regional apparatuses of the district/city regional government whose function is to provide public services to the community, therefore, the success of implementing district/city regional government public services is largely determined by the success rate of public service delivery at the sub-district level. one of the sub-district offices in Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely the Singingi sub-district office, this challenge is a reasonable matter, considering that empirically the community wants the role of government officials to be able to carry out service tasks optimally. This research was conducted at the Singingi District Office in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out and explain the performance of public service organizations and to know and explain the obstacles to the performance of public service organizations in the Singingi sub-district office, Kuantan Singingi district. The formulation of the problem in this research is How is the Performance of Public Service Organizations in the Singingi District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing data obtained from interviews, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions are drawn. The results of this study are the performance appraisal of employees in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely the quantity of work, quality of work, work knowledge, teamwork and employee creativity which are still in unfavorable condition.
