UPAYA PEMBERDAYAAN KADER PEMBERDAYAAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA (PKK) DESA PASARBARU KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

In accordance with the mandate, spirit, values ​​and basic consensus of the establishment of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia as embodied in the 1945 Constitution of Indonesia in the future Indonesia is developed and developing, resistant to the shock of changes both from abroad and within the country itself . The Indonesian nation entered the era of globalization and advanced democracy and extensive decentralization with the implementation of regional autonomy which aims to bring closer and improve services for the achievement of public welfare. Not fulfilled well the basic needs of the community, the PKK Movement as a form of community participation has been moving for a long time and fostering improvements in programs that do both general policies and technical implementation that cannot be separated from tasks and government agencies that cannot and institutions related to the Foundation of the PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) Decree of the Minister of Domestic Affairs and Regional Autonomy Number 53 of 2000 concerning the empowerment and family welfare movement. This research method used is Purposive Sampling and Simple Random Sampling methods with qualitative descriptive research type, this study provides symptoms of facts or events systematically and accurately. This research is about the efforts to empower cadres in the village of Pasarbaru Pangean District, Regency Kuantan Singingi.
