ANALISIS REALISASI ANGGARAN UNTUK MENILAI EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI KINERJA POLRES KUANTAN SINGINGI (Studi Kasus: Satuan Samapta Polres Kuantan Singingi)

Abstract

This research is to find out how the realization of the budget is in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of performance at the Kuantan Singingin Police Station with a case study of the Kuantan Singingi Police Station Samapta. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. use the Budget Realization from 2020-2022 in the Samapta Unit of the Kuanan Singingi Police. The data used in this study is primary data collected through direct observation interviews and financial reports. Data analysis used secondary data analysis. Data analysis techniques using effectiveness analysis and efficiency analysis. The intent and purpose of this research is to find out the realization of the budget and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of the Singingi Police in the case of the Samapta Unit of the Singingi Police.The results of this study indicate that Budget Realization Analysis Performance Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Singingi Police Unit with a case study The Samapta Police Unit of the Singingi Police is said to be good because of the data  which is processed by secondary processing gives good results as well.
