ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDes) DALAM MEMENUHI KEBUTUHAN PERTANIAN MASYARAKAT DESA KETAPING JAYA KECAMATAN INUMAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
This research was conducted in Ketaping Jaya Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the Management of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Fulfilling the Agricultural Needs of the Community of Ketaping Jaya Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is How to Manage Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Fulfilling the Agricultural Needs of the Community of Ketaping Jaya Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for this study uses saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing data obtained from interviews, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions were drawn. The results of this study can be concluded that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Fulfilling the Agricultural Needs of the Community of Ketaping Jaya Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been carried out quite well. This can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field which show that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Fulfilling Community Agricultural Needs is carried out in earnest by managers so that until now BUMDes are still running with agricultural business units, starting from fertilizer to to other completeness items, the manager always makes monthly reports, and with full responsibility makes an accountability report every year.
