Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how to analyze community satisfaction in public services at the sub-district office of Hulu Kuantan, Kuantan

 

Singingi district. The sampling technique for the community in Hulu Kuantan District is 99 people, where the population of the community in Hulu Kuantan District is 8,678 people, so the researcher used a simple random sampling technique to determine the sample. Simple random sampling is a method of taking sample members from a population that is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in that population. This study uses the method of observation, questionnaires and documentation. In analyzing existing data, the authors use quantitative method techniques. However, based on the results of distributing questionnaires that have been carried out regarding the Analysis of Community Satisfaction in Public Services at the Hulu Kuantan Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency, it produces an average value of 3.36, meaning it is in the quite satisfactory interval.
