ANALISIS KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA KANTOR CAMAT GUNUNG TOAR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI TAHUN 2022

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Gunung Toar Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of employees at the Gunung Toar Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is How is the Performance of the Gunung Toar Subdistrict Office Employees, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique uses the Saturated Sampling method , that is, all members of the population are used as samples, where the number of samples for this research is 12 people. The data analysis used is Quantitative Descriptive, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of the questionnaire, then processing it, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that the performance of employees at the Gunung Toar Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2022 produced an average score of 4.17, which means the interval is Very Good, as well as observations in the field which show that the Performance of the Employees at the Gunung Toar Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2022 is very good. The overall indicators tested are Effectiveness, Responsibility and Decision to Change Behavior.
