OPTIMALISASI TUGAS POKOK DAN FUNGSI APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) KANTOR CAMAT KUANTAN HILIR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kuantan Hilir District Head's office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how to optimize the main tasks and functions of employees at the Kuantan Hilir District Head Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research carried out is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was 13 people with a sampling technique for State civil servants at the sub-district office, saturated sampling in non-probability sampling, where the entire population was sampled. This research used observation, questionnaire and documentation methods. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it shows that Optimizing the Main Duties and Functions of ASN in providing administrative services at the Kuantan Hilir sub-district office, Kuantan Singingi Regency produces an average of 4.03 which is in the Optimal interval.
