Abstract
Public service is a completion of official duties carried out by employees to achieve a goal in accordance with the guidelines set by the agency. This research was conducted at the Inuman District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Optimization of Public Services at the Inuman District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research, the author determines the entire population as a sample. The technique used in collecting the sample is purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 23 employees and the community at the Inuman District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out in the field, it can be seen that public services at the Inuman Subdistrict Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency, are quite optimal.Downloads
