Abstract
This research was conducted at the Seberang Taluk village office, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi regency. The problem in the this study is how public services and barriers at the Seberang Taluk Village office, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the implementation of public service standards and barriers at the Seberang Taluk Village office, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniqves that the authors use in this study are using descriptive qualitative methods, namely data analysis techniques by describing the data and facts found in the field, with this method the author describes and deciphers the words obtained, where the writer then analyzes the data and relates it to theory then draws conclusions and suggestions.the focus of this research is to analyze the administrative function of the village government in improving public services in Seberang Taluk village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The data sources used are primary and secondary data.
