ANALISIS PELATIHAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DI KANTOR BADAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
Training has an important role to improve the quality of performance of competitive State Civil Apparatus to improve more qualified human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine Human Resource Training in State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Asset and Regional Financial Management Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study is a qualitative study. The informants in this study were 6 people using purposive sampling. The formulation of the problem in this study is that HR training at the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency has not been realized optimally. Researchers analyzed data from various sources obtained from the field using data collection methods by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. So from the results of the analysis in the field, the author found the results of the study that Human Resource Training in State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Asset and Regional Financial Management Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency had been implemented well.
