Abstract
This research was carried out at the Technical Implementation Unit Office of the Clean Water Supply Service, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the organizational culture in the Technical Implementation Unit Office of the Clean Water Supply Service, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out what the organizational culture is in the Technical Implementation Unit Office of the Clean Water Supply Service, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this research is survey research, with a descriptive level of explanation and qualitative data analysis. The sampling technique used in this research is Porposive Sampling, with a total of 10 informants. The data collection methods are interview techniques, observation, documentation and triangulation. Based on the results of research analysis, organizational culture at the Technical Implementation Unit Office of the Clean Water Supply Service, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been running quite well.
