Abstract
Improving the quality of public services is very important to face the era of the digital revolution that continues in line with the big agenda of bureaucratic reform. Digitalization of public services is a strategy that continues to be carried out by various government agencies to make it easier for service recipients to access various services provided. Therefore, this study intends to look at the strategy of improving the quality of public services in the face of the digital revolution era. The purpose of this study is to (1) Determine the condition of public services in bukit pedusunan village office; (2) identify internal and external environmental factors of bukit pedusunan village office in improving the quality of public services, and (3) analyze the strategy of improving the quality of public services by Bukit Pedusunan village office in facing the era of the digital revolution. The big theory used in this study is the theory of Strategy Management and public service quality theory. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methodology. ). From the result to the researcher, it is known that the strategy to imporove the quality of public services in the era globalization at the rural Bukit Pedusunan office has not gone well with many obstacles such as the low ability of village offcials to manage and understand the digital world and operating computers which causes poor service at the Bukit Pedusunan office.
