PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN PADA PT. BANK RIAU KEPRI SYARIAH CAPEM KUANSING BASERAH
Abstract
PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Capem Kuansing Baserah is a bank financial institution that operates based on sharia principles. The progress of a bank is certainly determined by the human resources it contains. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee loyalty at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Capem Kuansing Baserah. The research method used is a descriptive and quantitative analysis method obtained from the results of a questionnaire and measured using the Likert scale technique. The data was then processed using the SPSS program. This research also uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Capem Kuansing Baserah, totaling 17 people. To determine the sample using the census sampling method, the sample in this study was 17 respondents. The results of the research show that the results of the t test hypothesis testing on the compensation variable (X1), namely t count = (3.466) > (1.75305) t table, can be interpreted that the more compensation has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Work environment (X2), namely t = (-2.639) < (1.75305) t table, meaning that the work environment has no significant effect on employee loyalty. The results of the F test of compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee loyalty, namely with calculated f (7.233) > f table (3.73).
